Psychodiagnostic Assessment

Our work always starts with a solid understanding of each individuals strengths and challenges. Using empirical assessment measures, Dr. Kiff specializes in the diagnosis for a variety of concerns including: anxiety, OCD, Tic Disorders, depression, mood disorders, and ADHD.

Individual Therapy

If you find yourself asking, "is my child going to be okay?" or "why can’t I seem to let things go", seeking therapy services may be right for you. In working with each child, adolescent, or young adult, Dr. Kiff applies tailored therapy using evidence-based practices that draw connections between thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Treatment is a collaborative and active process and is helpful for targeting anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, coping with transitions, challenges with executive function and organization, and a variety of other childhood challenges. 

Parent & Family Therapy

Dr. Kiff's work extensively demonstrates that children are not "one-size fits all". This can present a number of challenges for families as children grow. Dr. Kiff's parenting consultations and skill building therapy draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Behavioral approaches to Parent Training to assist parents navigate the challenges of each developmental phase, from early childhood through adolescence. By working with parents, Dr. Kiff has demonstrated excellent results in improving children and teen’s anxiety, reducing behavior problems, and increasing child well-being.
