Therapy for Adults
Alongside my work with children, teens, and families, I also work with adults — particularly around anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD, and the overlap between them.
Many adults come to me after years of managing a "busy mind" on their own: racing or intrusive thoughts, difficulty settling down or focusing, worry that circles rather than resolves. Some have tried therapy before without much traction; others are looking for their first accurate picture of what's actually going on before committing to a treatment plan.
How I Work
Using evidence-based approaches — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) — I help adults get a clear, individualized understanding of what's driving their symptoms, rather than starting from a generic label. Treatment is tailored to your goals, not a fixed protocol.
My approach is grounded in over a decade of clinical and peer-reviewed research experience in anxiety, stress, and behavior — brought directly into the room with each adult client I work with.
